   We provide no warranties express or implied regarding content accuracy, quality, completeness, functionality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, or otherwise.

   • The Platform is provided "as-is" and "on an 'as available' basis."

8. LIABILITY LIMITATION

   • We are not liable to You for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages or loss (including but not limited to economic losses).
   • In no event shall Our aggregate liability exceed the amounts paid by You to Us.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
   This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
    • Changes take effect upon posting on our Platform.

11. CANCELLATION OF SERVICE

    • Either party can cancel this Agreement with seven (7) days' written notice to the other.
    • Upon cancellation, all rights granted under this Agreement terminate immediately.

12. INVALIDITY AND SEVERABILITY
    If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed severable from the rest of the Agreement and will not affect its validity as to other provisions.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

    • These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Us and You relating to your access or use of our Platform.
    • No amendment or modification of this Agreement by any party shall be effective unless agreed in writing by both parties.

14. GOVERNING LANGUAGE
    English is the governing language for these Terms and Conditions, even if there are translations in other languages available on the Platform.

15. LAST AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS

    • These Terms and Conditions were last updated.
    • Any changes to this Agreement will be posted on our website along with this notice.

By continuing to access or use the Platform, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please cancel your account registration by following the instructions provided in Section 4 of this agreement.
